Founder
From a young age, my sights were set on attending University to pursue a business degree, and that ambition became reality when I graduated from Cardiff.
During my academic journey, I discovered Human Resources as part of my learning and this sparked a deep interest with the people side of a business. This discovery propelled me towards a career path focused on understanding and developing talent within a group of companies.
With a HR diploma, an MBA, and over 24 years of hands-on HR and Leadership experience, I stand ready to offer insights and solutions across a broad spectrum of human resource and organisational areas. Throughout my career, I’ve held senior-level HR positions, leading teams and providing strategic HR partnership services across the UK & Europe.
My expertise spans restructuring, recruitment, employee management challenges, learning & development, talent management, organisational design, transformational initiatives, employee engagement and well-being, compensation and benefits and employment law.
Whether working with startups or global corporations, my experience, adaptable skills and commercial acumen allow me to navigate diverse business environments effectively. In our partnership, you can expect strong relationship-building skills and a practical, insightful approach to guide you.
